Check In at the Pedal house

Check-in/Packet Pick-up

Check-in/Packet pick-up is from noon to 8:pm on July 26th, 2024, the Friday night before the race. Join us at the Pedal House to sign in, get your race packet and get the latest updates on the trails, weather and race conditions. When you are done, we encourage you to explore Downtown Laramie and visit the sponsors who help make this race one of the region’s premier cycling events. Next door at Born in a Barn, our long time sponsor, we will have free beer and music from noon to 8:00 pm.

Bring a photo ID with you.
You cannot have someone pick up your number/packet for you. If you are not going to race, but still want your packet and shirt, you must come to check-in to pick it up. We will not mail it to you or send it with someone else.

Late Check-in is available the morning of the race from 6:00-7:00 a.m. at the Start/Finish area for an additional fee.

ID Required!
Additional $20 (cash only). All additional registration monies directly support youth cycling in/around Laramie. The Laramie Enduro Board of Directors is committed to investing back into the community that supports us.

Entry Fees

Early Registration January 1st - June 1st:
- $100.00 - One and Done - A one lap, 32 mile loop (4,184 ft of climbing/descending all happening over 7500 ft in elevation) winding through the Pole Mountain trail system. Racers are supported by the famous Laramie Range Epic Volunteers and sponsors who have made this race as fun and approachable as it is challenging and competitive.
- $130.00 The Laramie Range Epic - The same course with a second lap. This is type two fun. It is going to hurt, but in a really good way. Same great support on both laps and the beer at the end of the race has been on ice longer.
Registration - June 2nd - July 22nd:
- $110 - One and Done
- $140 - Laramie Range Epic
Late Registration - Late Registration will be available in-person only on Friday July 26th, 2024 from noon until 8:pm. Late Registration for the One and Done will be $150 and Late Registration for the Epic will be $180. Changes to your existing registration after online registration closes will be $50. Cash only. - No exceptions will be made.
Family Tickets - The Laramie Range Epic is working with local Food Trucks to insure you have safe, high quality, amazing options to choose from. Part of your packet pick up will include a race token good for one meal at any of the food trucks at the race. If you are bringing family, you will need to purchase food tickets for them, or bring cash the day of. The Family Food Ticket is to help us bring the proper amount of food and to help cover food charges for non-racers. We will still have a limited offering of non-food truck food, like the extremely popular grilled cheese sandwiches - and a few other options, but for the most part we will be relying on our food truck partners to provide safe and delicious options for your enjoyment. 1 token = 1 meal.

important Deadlines

Online Registration ends Midnight on July 22nd, or when the race is full (500 riders).
Late (in-person) registration begins at noon and ends at 8:pm on July 26th, 2024.

Limits

The race limit is 500 riders.

Changes to your registration

You can make changes to your registration (start wave, race distance, shirt size, etc) or transfer your registration to another rider using the green "Edit/Change" button in your confirmation email or through your bikereg.com account. The deadline for changes will be the same as the end of electronic Registration - July 1st at midnight for t-shirts and July 22nd at midnight for registration changes. Late registration will be available after online registration closes. Late registration will be $150 for the One and Done and $180 for the Epic, absolutely no exceptions. Changes made to your registration after online registration is closed will be $50, no exceptions. Due to this flexibility, no refunds will be given, nor will registrations be held over until next year. No exceptions will be made.

Age Groups/Categories

The Laramie Range Epic and the One and Done will have the following age groups/categories for both male and female racers: Cash Prizes will be awarded to OVERALL top three for both men and women in both races only. Winners in each age group/category will have the opportunity to take a prize from the (extremely stocked) prize tables. For all prizes, you must be present to win.
